Returns Coverage for Free & Easy Exchanges via Redo
We now offer return protection for all qualifying orders via Redo, which you can opt-in to purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo for $1.98 with your order, the cost of your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any qualifying item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE. Redo covers all eligible items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.

If you choose not to buy Redo or prefer a full refund, you can still return, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy below.

Statement Boutique accepts returns on online purchases of regularly priced items, within 14 days of order delivery. Items must be in brand new, unwashed and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached.  All jewelry must have all tags attached and/or storage bags included, as received. All footwear must include the original shoe box in the condition received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Clearance sale items are final sale. Items purchased on sale at a discount of 30% off or more are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. All clearance items will be clearly marked on individual product pages and again in the shopping cart, for your convenience.

Discounts or items otherwise promoted as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to discount codes including the word FINAL.

FREQUENT RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to fulfill orders from customers who have an unusually high rate of returns. Customers will be contacted on an individual basis, with the option of receiving merchandise credit only for returns. If this offer is declined, the account will be suspended indefinitely.

You must start your return through our returns portal. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

    We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in shipment back to us.

    If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of acceptance or an incorrect address that is unable to be delivered, the original cost of shipping, any additional shipping costs incurred and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt of the return.
